•   EntBazaar is an online marketplace connecting customers with nearby brick kilns.

2. Products & Services

• Product availability, pricing, and specifications are provided by respective brick kilns listed on EntBazaar.
• Prices shown on the website are subject to change depending on location, availability, and market conditions.
• Product images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary slightly.

3. Orders

• Customers must provide accurate and complete details (name, contact, delivery address, and pin code) while placing an order.
• Orders may be accepted or rejected based on kiln capacity, delivery feasibility, or incorrect details provided.
• Once the order is confirmed, customers will receive a confirmation via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

4. Payments

• Payments can be made via UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, or Cash-on-Delivery (if available).
• EntBazaar uses secure payment gateways and does not store any sensitive payment information.
• All taxes (GST or local levies) applicable on bricks will be included in the final invoice amount.

5. Delivery

• Delivery charges are calculated based on distance from the kiln to the customer’s address (₹100 per km rule).
• Delivery timelines are 2–5 working days, depending on location and order size.
• EntBazaar is not responsible for delays caused by transporters, weather, or unforeseen conditions.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.
• Once the order has been dispatched from the kiln, cancellation is not possible.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

7. Quality & Liability

• EntBazaar is a platform and does not manufacture or own the bricks.
• Quality responsibility lies with the respective brick kiln owners.
• EntBazaar will assist customers in case of disputes but is not liable for direct damages caused by kiln partners.

8. User Responsibilities

• Customers must not misuse the website (fraud orders, fake addresses, or spamming).
• Any fraudulent activity may result in account suspension and possible legal action.
