Return & Cancellation Policy (Bricks)

Applies to: All orders placed on/through [Your Company Name] (“we/us/our”)

1) No Returns / No Exchange

• Bricks and other building materials are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once an order is dispatched.

• After delivery and unloading at site, the order is considered accepted.

2) Damaged / Wrong Item on Delivery

While returns aren’t accepted, we’ll help if there’s a delivery error:

• Wrong product/grade/quantity delivered: Do not unload. Call us immediately. We’ll arrange the correct supply or a remedy.

• Transit damage: Minor chips, color/size variations, efflorescence, and surface irregularities are natural to kiln-fired bricks and not considered defects.

• If there is material damage before unloading, report within 24 hours with photos/video and the Delivery Challan/Invoice number. We’ll review and may offer replacement for the affected quantity at our discretion.

3) Quality Tolerances

• Variations in color, size, and texture are inherent and acceptable within industry norms; samples/photos are indicative only.

• Bricks may have natural marks/edges; these are not grounds for return or refund.

4) Order Cancellation

• Before dispatch: Cancellable on request; a processing/restocking/booking fee may apply.

• After dispatch or on the day of delivery: Not cancellable.

5) Refunds (if approved)

• Any approved refund (e.g., for a delivery error we cannot rectify) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

6) Site Access & Responsibility

• The customer must ensure proper access for trucks, unloading space, and authorized receivers at site. Delays or failed deliveries due to access or incorrect address are chargeable and not grounds for return.

7) Pricing, Taxes & Short Supply

• If a short supply is proven at delivery, we will supply the balance or adjust the invoice.

• Prices and taxes are as per invoice; weighbridge slips/quantities, where applicable, are final.
